Messenger/Driver

We are seeking a reliable and efficient Messenger/Driver to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the secure and timely delivery of documents, packages, and other items between company locations, clients, and other destinations. This role requires excellent time management, a clean driving record, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Delivery and Pickup:

- Safely transport documents, packages, and other items to various locations.
- Ensure accurate and timely delivery of all items.
- Obtain signatures and required documentation upon delivery.

Vehicle Maintenance:

- Regularly inspect and maintain the company vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition.
- Report any vehicle issues or maintenance needs promptly.

Routing and Scheduling:

- Plan and follow the most efficient routes for timely deliveries.
- Manage and prioritize delivery schedules based on urgency and importance.

Administrative Duties:

- Maintain delivery records, logs, and other necessary documentation.
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed, such as filing and data entry.

Customer Service:

- Interact professionally with clients, staff, and other contacts during deliveries.
- Address any delivery-related inquiries or issues promptly and courteously.

Security and Confidentiality:

- Ensure the security and confidentiality of all items being transported.
- Follow company policies and procedures for handling sensitive and confidential materials.
